Our Story
Over 90% of children feel afraid in hospital. Bee understands that wearing clinical gowns often add unfamiliarity and worry to their visits. For this reason, we have decided to gift hospital gowns to Manchester Childrens hospitals with 100% of the profits from your book purchases. But these aren't just any old gowns.. these gowns are child friendly, featuring fun, comforting patterns that help children feel like children, even in hospital.

Our Bee community is a hive of activity. We source our gowns close to home in London, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and get the gowns to children as quickly as possible. You can access our supplier list at the bottom of this page. Currently partnering with Alder Hey Children's Hospital, we are working on innovation of our gowns to increase inclusive design elements. We understand that our climate is of the upmost importance, and are currently in textile development stages to make our gowns more sustainable. Our long-term goal is to introduce Bee Academy, a venture to increase employment by teaching gown sewing skills in our community.
